Terms & Conditions of Use – TouchLamp™
1. General Terms
TouchLamp™ reserves the right to modify or update these Terms at any time it deems necessary. The new version will become effective upon its publication on the website touchlamp.store and will be effective immediately.
In the event that the customer does not accept the Policy, it is considered that he waives his right to use TouchLamp™ services.
The use of the services by the customer implies full and unreserved acceptance of the Terms.
For after-sales service issues:

The customer must submit a return request within seven (7) days from the date of delivery.

Requests submitted after the above deadline may be rejected.
The customer is required to provide valid evidence to support their request. Otherwise, TouchLamp™ may reject the return or reshipment request.
2. Unacceptable Returns
TouchLamp™ does not accept requests or returns that are due to the customer's fault or that are deemed unfounded. Indicatively, unacceptable cases are:

Customer dissatisfaction with the product.

Unusual or peculiar odor of the product.

Wrong item or SKU ordered.

Incorrect or incomplete shipping address.

Lack of contact phone number.

Refusal to receive the product without justification.

Shipping to remote areas or PO Boxes.
3. Damaged or Incorrect Products
In case the customer finds that the product is damaged or incorrect upon receipt:

He/She must contact TouchLamp™ Customer Service or his/her personal representative.

A return or reshipment request must be submitted within seven (7) business days from the date of delivery.

The request must be accompanied by valid evidence (photos or videos that clearly demonstrate the problem, shipping note and barcode).
Refund :

If responsibility is attributed to TouchLamp™ , the customer is entitled to a full refund.

If the evidence does not clearly document the problem, TouchLamp™ reserves the right to reject the return or reshipment request.
4. Force Majeure
TouchLamp™ is not responsible for any product damage or delivery delay due to force majeure events or unforeseen events, such as but not limited to:

Epidemic or virus

Military conflicts
-
Strikes
-
Earthquakes, floods, storms, hurricanes, snowfall, tsunamis

Customs controls
-
International political or economic developments
